It is with sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Louis Mercer, 89, of New Waterford, on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the Maple Hill Manor.
Born in New Waterford, he was a son of the late Isaac and Mary Emma (Crane) Mercer.
