This is to inform our clients we will be restructuring our funeral business operation. In doing so, Glace Bay will merge with New Waterford and as of March 31, 2026, operate solely out of our location at 380 Smith Street.

Since 1938, we have been an established and well-respected funeral service provider. We are committed to providing a smooth transition and continuity of care to New Waterford, Glace Bay and surrounding communities.

As a pre-paid funeral client, we are pleased to honor your pre-arranged funeral agreement through our New Waterford location. Other options include assigning the pre-arranged funeral plan to another licensed seller (funeral home) willing to accept the assignment, in accordance with section 13B of the Act and these regulations or cancelling the pre-arranged funeral plan and receiving a refund, in accordance with section 13D of the Act.
