Wendy Favaro, Donkin,Sydney Obituary
Florence Wendy Favaro, 68, passed away on February 9, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Wendy was the loving daughter of the late John “Tony” Favaro and Sadie (Corbin) Favaro.
Wendy is survived by, and will be missed by, her brother John “Tony” and sister-in-law Nancy Favaro.
Wendy had an extra special place in her heart for animals and will be missed tremendously by her fur baby, Sandy.
The family would like to extend their gratitude for the nurses and staff of the QE II Hospital, the CB Regional Hospital, as well as the Northside Community Guest Home.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, Glace Bay.
Wendy will be laid to rest at Black Brook Cemetery at a later date.
