It is with deepest sorrow we announce the passing of Wayne Francis McIsaac on Dec. 12, 2024.

He was a son of the late Florence (Flo) and Andrew (Gumps) McIsaac. Wayne was also predeceased by brothers, Kenneth and George; sister, Myrna McIsaac.

Surviving are his loving wife, Debbie Carter; sisters, Darlene (John) Lynk, Leanne (Shawn) Pase, and Dawn McIsaac; brothers, Andy (Beverly), Blair (Roxanne); aunt, Lorraine (Bernie) Jessome; many cousins, nieces and nephews; step-children, Kevin and Tara Carter, Louise Carter, Cassie and Ryan Elliot and many grandchildren.

Wayne was a quiet man. He drove taxi for Kim's in New Waterford for many years before going out West with his brother, Andy, where he worked in construction. He then moved to Ontario with Kenneth where he met and fell in love with his wife, Debbie. He loved to work with his hands making all kinds of creations with wood. He also enjoyed playing darts. He loved coming home every summer to be with family and go camping out Sangaree.

Wayne will be greatly missed by family, friends, wife, and his dog, Penny.

Cremation has taken place. Graveside prayers will be held on Wednesday, July 9 at 1:30 p.m. in Mount Carmel Cemetery.  Arrangements have been entrusted to V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, New Waterford.
