Mom lived a life marked by kindness, resilience, and unwavering devotion to family; she touched countless lives with her warmth, wisdom, and gentle spirit. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Education from St. Francis Xavier University. Chrissy dedicated herself to nurturing and teaching at both elementary and high school levels during her teaching career. Mom found comfort in prayer, cherished quiet moments with an enjoyable book, and delighted in the simple pleasure of a sweet treat. We are all blessed to have had her in our lives, and we are forever grateful to be part of her life. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Parkland Cape Breton and Parkland Clayton Park, Drummond Hall, for your kindness and many laughs shared with Mom. Our family would also like to say thank you to Joanne White Burke for always being there for Mom.
