In Loving Memory of Jeffrey Vincent MacMillan

With broken hearts, we regretfully announce the passing of Jeffrey MacMillan, age 40, who passed away in Waterloo, Ontario, on December 12th, 2025.

Jeffrey was a man who faced many of life's challenges. Though his journey was not always easy, he is finally at rest, finding the tranquility that he so deeply deserved.

He was the beloved son of Karen (Saule) Campbell, stepdad Billy Campbell and father Stan MacMillan. Jeffrey will be profoundly missed by his brothers, Andrew (Anne Louise) and Alex; adored niece Drew and his constant companion and beloved cat, Pepper, who brought him immense comfort and joy.

He was predeceased by grandparents Marcel and Zena Saule, Andrew MacMillan and Audrey MacDonald. Surviving family members also include aunts Lois (Glen), Elaine (Robert), Simone (Mickey), and cousins Ryan, Kristen, Kyle, Liam and Sean.

To know Jeffrey was to know a gentle soul with the kindest of hearts. He possessed a quick wit and a wonderful sense of humour. Jeffrey was naturally handsome and deeply artistic, possessing a unique way of expressing his inner world. His love for animals was a defining trait, reflecting his innate compassion for all living things.

Throughout Jeffrey's life, those who loved him learned the true meaning of empathy and the invaluable importance of seeing the world through different perspectives. His presence taught his family and friends the depth of human kindness and the strength found in vulnerability.

We hope you find everlasting peace and joy, Jeffrey. You will be forever loved and forever remembered.

The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation for the love and support received during this incredibly difficult time. A private family service will be held at a later date.

For those who wish to honour Jeffrey's memory, the family suggests donations be made to your local S.P.C.A. in recognition of his love for animals.
