Gerry and family, Sad to hear of your dad's passing. I have many fond memories at your house with your mom and dad, and playing baseball with you, George, Marie, and Norma and the rest of the neighbourhood kids in your back yard. Great times were had! Alfie had the best sense of humour and always had something funny to say to the gaggle of girls always hanging around. May he rest in peace.

Gerry, I was very saddened to hear about Alfie, Mom and I were just wondering about him on the weekend. He was a real asset to the neighborhood. As kids, I will always remember how in awe I was of the big power trucks seen at the house all the time! Recently though, I always enjoyed his visits to Mom and Dads front step! Lots of stories told there! Teresa Marsh - 2 doors up!
