I worked with Arnold at Service Canada and remember him as a kind, caring and generous soul, who was always willing to help and share his knowledge. The first one in the morning to share a good morning and a wide smile. He will be missed by many.

I remember him well from my youth in Reserve and the times we met since then . I experienced Arnold as a kind and gracious person whose interest in people was obvious. I was so sorry to hear of Arnold's passing Nan and I want you to know that I offer my sincere condolences. I am currently in Ottawa visiting my son and his family and will not be home for his funeral. I admired and respected Arnold so much and working with him was a pleasure.
