Grew up in the 50's and 60's in the other end of 40 Pitt Street in what was previously my grandparents home. The Boutilier's were are neighbours for that entire time and also in my father's day when he was growing up there. They were fine people and well liked by all who knew them. Young Joe Boutilier, who has a young lad had to go to work in the mines after the death of his father set an example for all his siblings and brother John, and sisters Amelia and Marie would go out into the work force and help to contribute to the household in support of their mother who they also would have to look after. A fine family and Marie, the youngest, lived a long life but will still be missed by all of us that knew her and her siblings. RIP Marie as you now have all your family back together again.
