Obituary of Raylene McMullin, Reserve Mines

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful mother, Raylene Mary McMullin, age 82 on Friday, January 17th, 2020 at the Glace Bay Hospital. Born and raised in Sydney, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Phyllis (Windsor) MacDonald. Raylene is survived by two sons, Dr. Joseph McMullin and his wife, Alice, Stuart (Krista), one daughter, Raylene “Ray” (Alex), and two grandchildren, Naomi and Noah. Also surviving are sisters, Carolann (Art) MacIsaac, Charlotte F. Foster, Warna (Gerald) Delaney, Gloria (Charles) Pyke, brothers, Roland (Shelly) and Ronald MacDonald and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Raylene was predeceased by her husband, Joseph McMullin. Visitation only on Friday afternoon, January 24th from 2-4 pm in V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 16 Reserve Street, Glace Bay. Interment and graveside prayers will be held at a later date in MacLeod’s Crossing.
