Obituary of John Quincy Adams, Glace Bay

John Quincy Adams, 76 March 1944- August.3, 2020 John passed away peacefully in his sleep after a long, hard battle with cancer. John was a talented mechanic and master tinkerer, built machines out of spare parts. He was the ultimate animal whisperer, from skunks to seagulls (literally), and everything in between, but he loved his kitties most. He was always full of stories and the most inappropriate jokes, especially ones about blondes and a kid named Johnny. Willie Nelson was his hero (and he'll hate me for this), but if any song if any song described him, it would be, "I Did It My Way"! John will be greatly missed by his friends and family, especially by his granddaughter Crystal, great-granddaughters Kalyana and Summer, but mostly, by his favourite drinking buddy, his best friend and little girl, his daughter Theresa. John was a stubborn man until the very end, but his fight is over now. May he forever rest in peace. Cremation has taken place. On line condolences to the family can be expressed at the V.J.
