It was with heartfelt sadness that I became aware of Sonya's passing on Monday. I immediately felt a heavy sense of loss.
Following my own diagnosis of Breast Cancer, last year, Sonya became a source of strength and support to me - never referencing her own suffering. During many discussions, Sonya's sense of humor always shone through difficult times. I am grateful for our family connection.
Thank you, for Sonya and her touching my life in her own way - of making a difference.
May Sonya Rest in Eternal Peace.

Our deepest condolences to you Glen and the kids. Sonya was an amazing person who I was luck enough to call a friend. We may have lost contact over the years but the times we connected were alway catching up on the families and all the laughs we had in the business college. I will miss her dearly.

Im so saddened to hear of Sonya’s passing, I didn’t even know she was battling Cancer. She was such a beautiful woman and although the years had kept us distant I always counted her as a dear friend. She was such a part of my formative years i have so many fond memories so many life lessons and belly laughs I shared with her. I only wish I could have thanked her in person for those fond memories. My deepest sympathies to Chester and the kids...the lights of her life.
