It’s difficult to find words that describe the impact Caroline made on everyone around her. Caroline’s kindness, sense of humor and zest for life made her an absolute joy to be around.
Caroline’s friends at the day program would always save her seat at the head of the table - it was always easy to see the amount of respect and love the group had for their friend.
Every entertainment group that played at the program knew Caroline’s favorite song “You are my Sunshine” and always made sure to play it - often giving her the microphone so she could sing as the band played. Caroline would laugh that she was in such high-demand as a performer. Always cracking jokes and keeping everyone laughing, I’m sure anyone who knew her has a funny story to tell.
I feel beyond blessed to have known Caroline and will remember her always.
