May God Bless your broken hearts, Michelle, Neil, Keith and Sherry. Barb was very much like a mother to me. I spent more of my childhood with her family than my own. She loved me, and welcomed me like one of her own children. Barb loved all children unconditionally. She inspired me to have faith, to always see the good in people, and to always help another when you can. A beautiful soul, I feel confident she earned her wings as she travelled through life. Take care of our teen angels Barb. I will see you on the other side. Love and Prayers. Valerie Loveys xxxooo

I would like to extend my condolences to Barb’s family. I first met Barb when I visited my uncle at Harbourstone. After his passing, I continued my weekly chats with her until COVID prevented this. I looked forward to seeing her as she always was so welcoming. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Sincerely, Gloria Farmer

I also was a good friend when we went to high school together- we walked from her place or mine down to Aunt Millie Bobbitt's to pick up Cloretta and Audrey. We had lots of wonderful times together. We also attented the Salvation Army corps together. I remember her smiling and having such a great laugh. She was a kind person- Blessings to her family and friends. One day we will see each other again in Heaven. Love - Ruby (Head)Hillier
