My Deepest Condolances to the Family and Friendsof Charlie. I remember when I visited Cape Breton in the 90's and Charlie met me on tge highway walking back from New Wateeford. He had that deep husky voice that made you take noticed. He stops and looks at me and say, are you Pepper Blairs son in law. i said yes sir. he says jump in. it was lughter from then on. He will be missed by all Felix ( Pepper) O'Connell
