Obituary of Carl G. Skinner, New Waterford

It is with sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Carl G. Skinner on Monday, September 13, 2021 in New Waterford Hospital. Born in Oshawa, ON, he was a son of the late Austin and Alice (Beaton) Skinner. Carl was employed at the GM Plant in Oshawa for 32 years. He loved being at home in New Waterford with his wife, Anna and dog, Lily and liked to keep himself busy with construction work; he was always building something. Surviving are his wife, Anna (McIntosh); son, Gregory (Sandy), Whitehorse, YT; brothers, Ron (Judy), Kingston, ON and Elmer, Oshawa, ON. Besides his parents, Carl was predeceased by his brother, Percy. Cremation has taken place under the care and guidance of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, New Waterford.
