I am so sorry to read of Elsie’s passing. She was always so good to my grandmother, her aunt, Jane Nicholson McDougall.
She was often in Nana’s kitchens telling stories about her children, their sport activities and, of course, her husband, Jim.
As busy as she was, she found time to take Nana around town and to various appointments when she needed a drive.
For that alone she always had a place in my heart. My sincere condolences to Jim, her children, grandchildren and her siblings.
Condolences to Janet, her sister, her best friend. I know she’ll be missed.

Jim ,Jimmy Shawn Wendy,Joe,Kevin, and who could forget these two Carter and Kevin. Jimmy Shawn Joe well would would be playing or coaching.Elsie would bring the extra player(s),Wendy,(sweet and quiet) but then the two terrors would get out of the car and our special weapons would arrive.Carter and then Kevin. In between running around after those two Elise would be throwin out support to the kids for the win..The boys would always take home first prize for entertainment. (For some reason she kept on coming with a new one every year or two). Big Jim would arrive at the Cameron Bowl like nothing happened....... kids somehow were then perfect like the the lord appeared when JIm arrived. so many laughs. I loved them deeply from the bottom of my heart and i am thankful for how good they were to me as a kid.. Thank You to both of you, .
Anyone that knew Elsie.loved her. She was talented ,smart funny, loving passionate, kind and an amazing mother.Thank You for the memories. and GOD Bless.
