Obituary of Mike MacDougall, Glace Bay

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Daniel " Mike" MacDougall, age 65 on Friday, August 26^th, 2022 at his residence in Glace Bay.

Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Michael & Hazel MacDougall.

Mike is survived by his daughter, Véronique MacDougall (Mckenzie), grandchild, Jack Riley, siblings, Shirley Rutter (Kevin), Linda MacDougall, Sheldon MacDougall and Debbie Petrie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Mike was predeceased by his brother, Watson MacDougall.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation only will be held on Saturday, September 3^rd, 2022 from Noon to 2 p.m. in the V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 16 Reserve Street, Glace Bay. Come and share your memories with the family.

Burial will take place at a later date in Forest Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations in memory of Mike may be made to a charity of one’s choice. On line condolences to the family can be expressed at: www.vjmcgillivray.ca
