Obituary of William Francis Roach, New Waterford

It is with sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of William Francis ‘Bill’ Roach, 72, on Thursday, September 29, 2022.

Born in New Waterford, he was a son of the late Francis and Shirley (Clark) Roach.

In earlier years, Bill was employed with Labatt Breweries in Toronto. He enjoyed playing darts and fishing and hunting in Gabarus.

Surviving are his sons, Michael (Charitee) and Francis (Amanda), both of Toronto; brothers, Tony (Eleanor), Mira and Peter (Anne), New Waterford; sisters, Nancy, New Waterford, Anne, Niagara Falls, Catherine, Bedford; former wife, Patricia (Bartlett).

Besides his parents, Bill was predeceased by his first wife, Mary (Carrigan); brother, David; sister, Audrey and son, William, in infancy.
