Miss Abraham was one of my instructors at the AVTC in Point Edward back in 1975/76. She was a great teacher and respected by all. Although I'm retired now, my 30+ years in the workforce was a result of the diploma I received from AVTC under her guidance. I thought of her often through the years. My sincere condolences to Olga's family. Olga taught me in 1993 and I believe we made quite an impression on each other. She and her mom drove out to my house in Sydney River one sunny afternoon for a visit. I remember Olga always smiling, with a twinkle in her eye. She impressed me as someone who was passionate about her work and eager to help. I'm sure that she has shaped the lives of many people and will be remembered with kindness, respect, and gratitude.

My sincere sympathy to Joe and the rest of the family. Olga and I were friends and kept in touch over the years when she was in Dartmouth. In fact not too long ago she had sent me a lovely letter along with some photos that we had taken when I visited her at her home many years ago. I will treasure them always.
