Obituary of Marguerite "Nettie" MacPhee, Glace Bay

Nettie MacPhee, age 75 of Glace Bay passed away on Friday, November 11^th, 2022 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.

Born in Glace Bay, she was the daughter of the late William & Sarah Anne (MacIntyre) Bonnell.

Nettie was a real estate agent/broker and appraiser. She owned and operated her own company, Nettie MacPhee Realty Ltd.

She is survived by one son, Greg, two sisters, Florence Hopkins, Jessie Currie, one brother, Jim Bonnell and several nieces and nephews.

Nettie was predeceased by her husband, Elmer Edward MacPhee, a sister, Mary Bonnell and one brother, Billie Bonnell.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, Glace Bay. There will be no visitation or funeral service.

Memorial donations in memory of Nettie may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
