Obituary of Theresa "Tc" Marie MacLeod, Glace Bay

It is with sadness we announce the sudden passing of our sister, Theresa “Tc” on Sunday, June 18, 2023.

Born in Glace Bay, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Theresa (Bennett) MacLeod.

Tc enjoyed playing darts, dancing and singing karaoke. She liked visiting and was always around town on her scooter. She loved her fur babies.

Surviving are her siblings, Jimmy (Dorothy), Edgar, Darlene (Tom), Rose (Norm), and Gloria (Richard); aunt, Rose Parsons; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; special friend, Jake MacMullin.

Besides her parents, Tc was predeceased by a sister, Mary.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, 16 Reserve Street, Glace Bay where visitation will take place on Friday from 10 until 10:45 a.m. followed by a service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Norman MacPhee officiating. Burial to follow in St Anne’s Cemetery, Glace Bay.
