Beatrice Jensen was a truly wonderful, strong woman. It was my pleasure and privilege to be her family doctor for a number of years, I think I gathered more from our relationship than she did, she was a joy! My condolences to Betty and her family who will miss her greatly, their memories of her will be treasured as long as they live.

Beatrice and Abe spent many a Sat night as well as many a Christmas and New Years with our family as Mom & Dad were best friends with them for many years. Mom & I spent many /Sat afternoon after shopping in town with tea & biscuits at Beatrice's table. I remember them driving us all to Wentworth Park to see the lights at Christmas. My first trip west of NS (I'd been to Nfld) I went with Beatrice Abe & Buddy to Ont in 1960 to visit relatives up there. Mom & Beatrice (only 5 weeks younger) stayed friends even to Mom's last years in Cape Breton. but Beatrice outlived mom by soo close to 40 years!! what a long life she enjoyed. I remember her for more than 70 years of them. Deepest condolences to Betty and Bud. Pearl Akers

Our condolences to Betty & Bud & Family; Our parents ( Mamie & Gomer) were great friends & neighbors with Beatrice & Abe. They spoke very highly of them both & had many nights of tea & cookies with them.and many laughs. Now they our all together talking about the good old days! Beatrice was one of a kind,always a smile on her face! You were so blessed to have her for so many beautiful years. I am sure you have many fantastic memories of her & they will get you through the days. May God bless you now ,FROM; The James family
