Obituary of Harold Graham Simms, New Waterford

The family of Harold Graham Simms regret to announce his passing at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on September 7, 2023. 

Graham was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Dolena (Graham) Simms; his sister, Sandra Simper and brother-in-law, Allan Simper.

Graham worked at Sydney Steel before moving to Calgary. After many years, he returned home and began his own overhead door company, 'Maritime Overhead Door'. In retirement, he enjoyed fishing, driving his Harley Davidson and travelling to Florida in the winter.

Graham is survived by Beverly Boudreau; sister, Margo and brother, David. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place under the direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, New Waterford. There will be no visitation or funeral service. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to the Salvation Army.
