Obituary of Baby Lilly Hartlynn Pezzarello, New Waterford

On December 30, 2023, our precious baby, Lilly Hartlynn Pezzarello, was called to heaven.

 

Surviving are her mother, Kayla Pezzarello and father, Nathan Ellsworth; grandparents, Eddie Pezzarello, Amanda Steiger, Lisa Noble, Jennifer Lloyd and Andy Lloyd; great-grandmothers, Sylivia Noble and Theresa Ellsworth; several aunts and uncles.

 

A special thank you to the amazing staff of I.C.U. and Labour and Delivery at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. The care and compassion given to Kayla and family is greatly appreciated. 

 

Cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held in V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home Chapel, New Waterford, at a later date and will be announced via this website. Online expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at: www.vjmcgillivray.ca. 

 

These are my footprints,

So perfect and so small.

These tiny footprints,

Never touched the ground at all.

Not one tiny footprint,

For now I have my wings.

Were made for other things.

You will hear my tiny footprints

In the patter of the rain.

Gentle drops like angel’s tears,

Of joy and not from pain.

You will see my tiny footprints,

In each butterflies’ lazy dance.

I’ll let you know I’m with you,

If you give me just a chance.

You will see my tiny footprints

In the rustle of the leaves.

I will whisper names into the wind,

And call each one that grieves.

Most of all, these tiny footprints

Are found in Mommy’s heart,

Cause even though I’m gone now,

We’ll never truly part.
