My sincerest condolence to Carol's family and her sisters and brothers. I am truly sorry I missed her funeral service. I grew up in New Victoria with all of her family....she was always such a sweet person.. After I moved to New Waterford, I use to bump into her and your Dad , from time to time, and we'd have a great catch up, on our families.
Many time I sat with her in church in the winter chapel, and she was just so nice and kind. The world was blessed for having her in it. I hope your family and friends help you thru this difficult time. Love a New Vic-er, Reva Sweeney.

My condolences to the entire Steele family and Carol’s extended family. Fond memories of meeting her for the first time many years ago and amazed at her bread/baking expertise. It was a pleasure to see “Grandma Steele” when she travelled to Ontario to attend Jessica’s wedding a few years ago and dance the night away! You are in my thoughts and prayers today.

I’m saddened to hear of Carol’s passing. Ronnie and Carol’s home adjoins the former Mount Carmel School/Recreation Complex property. They were wonderful people to have in close proximity to a busy playground. I have have fond memories of driving into the playground and coming upon Carol on her knees cleaning up broken glass or other debris. Carol was such a nice person. My sincere condolences to the family. Rest In Peace, Carol.
