We were saddened to learn of your Dad’s passing always looked forward to seeing him when we returned to Catherine St for a visit. He sang at our wedding and that was my wish from a very young girl hearing him sing at St. Anthony’s. May the great memories give you comfort at this difficult time.

My sincerest sympathy as you mourn the passing of your dear father / grandfather, Harold.. My late brother, Brian Ferguson was his barber for many years and considered him a special friend. I finally got to meet Harold on one occasion after the Barber Shop moved to Brian's house. He was so pleasant and sweet.
If it were possible, I would accept your wonderful invitation to join the choir for Harold's funeral service. I am sure the music will be beautiful. " To sing is to pray twice." often attributed to St Augustine

Harold was a friendly & warm person, always had a big smile & kind words to impart. I went to school with his brother Sonny & his older brother Cornie was a good neighbour on George Street, New Waterford.
My friends & I enjoyed breakfast frequently at Collettes restaurant, where we met Harold & shared some stories & memories.

Going to church at St.Anne’s brings back wonderful memories! My father and I would often sing along with the choir which dad adored!
