A tribute to Aunt Carol...she was a former Sister, superintendent, principal of the Antigonish School System. A world traveler all but 2 countries she hadn't seen. She believed in higher education. She loved her treats..Carmel's we're her favorite. She loved her Peanut Gang, football, hockey, crossword puzzles, reading, Golden Girls, movies. She celebrated First Night in Quincy Ma., The Nutcracker in Boston, rides in the volts wagon, and tennis. She was an advance Game Boy player of Zelda. She was the youngest of 4. Audrey, Wes, Ruth. She leaves behind 6 nieces and nephews, grand Aunt to 5, and great grand Aunt to 1, and the kindness of her caring neighbors and nursing home staff. Thank you. So sadly missed xoxo Renee and Family

One of my favourite teachers. I had Carol in grade four. She actually dated my uncle Gerard Dunn way, way back in the day. Condolences to all who loved and cared for Carol.

We grew up next to to the Cochrane Family. Carol was a wonderful neighbour and a truly lovely person. She was always happy to see anyone she could reminisce about Cottage St and Stanley Streets. We will miss her stories. Fly high dear another Angel has received her wings. Rest In Peace The Poirier Family
