Dear Cynthia,
We were very sad to hear about Ronnie. Our sincere condolences to you and the entire family on this very event. Ronnie was a real gentleman who made friends everywhere he went. I loved that perpetual smile and laugh that he used to make the world a brighter place. We did not see much of each other in recent years but that did not change the way I feel about this very decent loyal friend.

I am so sorry for the passing of a truly loved man. .the remarkable way he treated people never surprised me when I have seen it so often. Ronnie proudly spoke of all his children which I would here every opportunity . There is so many great memories of Ronnie that will last for generations. I am so proud to have had Ronnie as a friend and I will continue to think about what he has done for me as a person . I will as all others will fondly reminisce over the loss of a fine man of integrity.

I have great memories of uncle Ron growing up-he was never without a warm, welcoming hug, kind words and a cheery smile; a true gentleman.

I was shocked and deeply saddened in learning of Ronnie,s sudden passing. I know he is with my parents whom Ronnie called mom and dad. We have many happy memories of Ronnie, his sense of humour and endless amount of fun when he was around. He was game. I have one memory I will share. Many years ago, in the early 1970,s. I spent the night at my parents home in the boys bedroom, ma assured me the boys were not expected home, I was sound asleep when I felt someone crawl into bed along side of me. I opened one eye, to my relief it was my brother joe, I relaxed went back to sleep. Bye and bye I felt another body crawl into bed on my left side, I ventured a peek, it was. Our adopted brother Ronnie, so I slept again. Next morning I slid out of bed between my two sleeping siblings looked back and chuckled. I teased Ronnie for years.i know my brothers are very saddened to lose not only a brother but a dear,lifelong friend. Last time we were all together was at our mothers funeral, believe me Ronnie kept us all smiling, that poor guy wanted to sleep in his clothes, because like he said as sure as I took off my pants ma would have them in the washer.
So cynthia our thoughts are prayers are with you, even if it is impossible for us to be present in your time of sorrow. The woodfords will be there in spirit and sharing your pain.
