It is with profound sadness that we, the family announce the passing of Amelia Theresa Boutilier on Monday, September 4, 2017 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney

Born in Glace Bay, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary (MacNeil) Boutilier.

Amelia was a long time member of Holy Cross Church, Glace Bay.

She is survived by her sister and best friend Marie also by nieces, Cindy, Kathy and nephew, David Boutlier.

Besides her parents, Amelia was predeceased by her brothers, Joe, John, Normie; nephews, Ron and Greg Boutilier.

There will be no visitation or funeral services. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, 16 Reserve Street, Glace Bay. Interment will be held on Thursday, July 4, 2019 at 1 p.m. in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Glace Bay.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and volunteers of the Renal Dialysis unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
