Dearest Annabelle was our neighbor during my childhood. I was a McKinnon too, but not a relation. Living next door to Annabelle and Joe was having the most saintly angelic neighbors one could be blessed with. I visited Annabel just a few weeks ago and my heart blossomed with memories of her kindness and endearing friendship with my Nanny, Nellie Pinkerton. We laughed, recalled memories and held each other dearly. Annabelle's wisdom and wit were not lost on me. I am forever grateful for her quiet guidance, gentle heart, and gracious guidance. Dear Ronnie, Please accept my condolences, your mom was such a great lady, I was glad to know her and still have great memories of childhood visits and more recent visits when I lived in Halifax. Annabelle was the dedicated keeper of all the stories and photos from our family from Beaver Cove to New Waterford and Glace Bay. Now that will pass to you. Gary and I want to get together with you soon for a good reminiscence. Take Care and we hope to connect sometime soon.
