Mary “Wev” McDonald, age 94 of the Stirling passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018 at the Glace Bay Hospital.

Born in Glace Bay, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Murphy) McDonald.

Mary is survived by her sister, Rita Driscoll and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 8 siblings.

There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place under the direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, 16 Reserve Street, Glace Bay. Graveside prayers will be held at a later date in St. Anne’s Cemetery, Glace Bay.
