Obituary of Donald Francis Cameron, New Waterford

It is with sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Donald Francis Cameron, 54, on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Maple Hill Manor, New Waterford.

Born in Glace Bay, he is a son of Stanley 'Timmy' Cameron and the late Marilyn (MacNeil) Cameron. 

Besides his father, Donald is survived by a daughter, Jessica Cameron, Ontario; brothers, Wilfred (Michelle) Cameron, New Waterford, Stanley Cameron, Alberta; sister, Tanya Murray, River Ryan as well as nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, 380 Smith Street, New Waterford. A Funeral Mass of celebration will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the Parish Church of St. Leonard, Mount Carmel Avenue, with Father Ray Huntley officiating. Burial will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, River Ryan.
