I got to know Tony a little bit while working at the fire hall for a few months after highschool. He would drop by often for coffee and conversation and it was pleasure to listen to the stories and jokes he would tell, it was very easy to like him. Dearest Auntie and Cousins:
Nancy, Sasha, Shannon, Courtney, Samantha, Taylor, Lexi, T-Dawg, Gage, Maddie and lil Toni.
My heart is in Cape Breton with you right now. Uncle Tony always reminded my of my own dad in ways......and always called me Amos - a nickname dropped back in the 80's, but he kept it, and that always meant a lot to me.
I know what an incredible father and Grampy he was, and I am so sorry that he is gone way to soon. We love you all so much and all our thoughts and vibes and energy are with you through this process.
I wish I was there to Hug you, but my dad will cover my on this one.

It is hard to put into words what a great lose we have just experienced. Anyone who knew my uncle Tony knew what an incredible person he was. He loved with his whole heart, he took care of everyone before himself and his girls were his world (till they gave him his grand babies) Tony was a pure soul, he was stern but it came from love. I was lucky enough to call him my uncle. He was an incredible big brother to my mom and I will forever be thankful for that. He gave me four incredible cousins who I feel so lucky to be related too. My heart feels empty, being home is not the same without you here. You left us way to early and I wish we could change that; I know we can't so now I will hold on to the memories we have together forever. You die twice, when you pass and when someone says your name one last time. I promise to talk about you, think about you for the rest of my life so that you will live on through us. Uncle Tony thank you for being a protective and loving uncle. I will love and miss you forever.
