My thoughts and prayers go out the Leroy’s family. I worked with Leroy in the dietary dept. at the Cape Breton Hospital. Even when he went to Maintenance Dept. he was always so helpful and an a all around nice guy.

I first met Leroy when I started at St Rita hospital in 1993 and worked with him at the Regional and New Waterford sites. His personality and easy going attitude made him very likeable among his coworkers. His maintenance skills and ability to get things done made him a valuable asset to support staff for healthcare at the hospitals . Most importantly I will remember his love for his family as all the names came up frequently each day in our many conversations. Please accept my sincere condolences and may god bless .

Patricia and family: I knew Leroy from the first day he started work at the old Cape Breton Hospital in Sydney River. We became close friends over the years. Leroy was a very kind person who had a wonderful sense of humour. He worked with the guys in Maintenance and not a day went by when they didn't try to play a trick on one of us (Leroy included). Leroy was a very hard worker and was well respected by his co-workers and those he worked for. We are so sorry for your loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
