It is with sadness that I learned of the passing of Mary. I first met Mary during my frequent visits with my late brothers, Yomi and Jay, who were residents of Celtic Court. I have fond memories of the friendly and professional manner that she always displayed in the care and comfort provided to the residents.
To her family and friends, my heartfelt condolences. If I could soothe your heartache with words of comfort, I would say that Mary is no longer in pain or experiencing the trauma that cancer causes. She is perfect in every way in God's embrace, reunited with the family who predeceased her. She will, however, be miss by us all.
May the passing of time ease the pain of your loss, but not the special memories that endeared her to so many.

Mary & I were friends when we both worked at UCCB years ago, lost touch, then re-kindled our friendship when my mother moved to Celtic Court. Hal & I both became close with her; she was so wonderful to Mom and other clients. She was always interested in our Christmas shoppe, musical ventures, basketball and whatever else was going on in our lives.
Hal & I will cherish our memories of brunch at the Bonnie, visiting Tom & her at home, and spending precious time with Mary in her last days on this earth. We did not expect her story to end so soon.
God bless April, Tom & families.

I’m very saddened to hear about Mary. She was always so warm and friendly during our time together at Celtic Court, and I know she lifted many spirits of both staff and residents while she was there. My sincere condolences go out to her family and loved ones: You’ll be in my thoughts and prayers.

Mary was a fighter. As a young adult I learned about Mary's strength, but the memory that sticks in my head most is when she and I would go to the Gym together at CBU. She would fire on through ourworkout. And drill sergeant push me to continue when I was exhausted and just wanted to quit. She taught me how to be strong, physically and mentally. Screw anyone else Terilynn, if they dont appreciate you you dont need them!Their opinion is useless anyway! Mary you were right! I am strong. Thank you for that lesson! Mary fought hard to live. To April, Alexander, Nathaniel, William and the rest of the family. My deepest condolences for Mary's passing. May her strength be passed down to each of you during this difficult time. Much love and prayers for you all.

Our sincere condolences on the loss of Mary. She had an impressive spirit and lived life to the fullest.
Our Bake Sales at Celtic Court suffered when Mary was away from work.
She made certain that EVERYBODY knew about the Bake Sale and EVERYBODY baked or purchased baked goods.
Mary did a wonderful job fundraising for Cancer Research.
She found fun ways to raise money, such as the Big Bike and the Relay for Life.
Mary will be missed.
God Bless the Family.
