This is a man that I greatly remember and admire I first met Stan Lee doing security at the Coal Pier's. He and I hit it off immediately and had many common interests and family related issues but mostly, we have the same sense of humour.
What I'll miss most about Stan is seeing him in his truck as I showed up for work to relieve him or as in recent times walking through the hospital and the cancer section. Stan and I would often talk about each other's wives and loved ones as a result and myself and my family will always remember you. I imagine your family will always remember the people you've touched and will continue to keep touching. thank you for your friendship Stan

I met Stan 2 yrs ago when I came to Glace Bay and stayed and also celebrated his birthday which is one day before my brothers. We struck it off great because I was in security as well but just a bit older than. He was a jokester and a perfect gentleman as I recall. I know he will be greatly missed by family and all who knew him. My love and prayers go out to all of you. With blessings as you say goodbye. Margie Hanlon (Kennedy)

To all the Saccary family our sincere condolences on the passing of your Stanley. The goodness that he showed others came from the example of his big brother Cecil and his Dad ...he was a good neighbor. I remember him looking after the little folks out playing in the field. He'll be missed by all the neighborhood kids.....Take care and know we are thinking of you all.

Stanley always brought joy to any visit. I knew he was ill when I attended the annual August get together the Boudreau's have in West Bay. I remember many visits with the Saccary family when growing up and although I have been away for 44 years, Stanley always made me feel connected when we ever met. Nothing can be said to make a difference in Stanley's passing and the grief we all experience. Stanley made a difference in this world - our world. Take care to all who have ever met this man.

My deepest condolences to the family. Stan, you will be so very missed. You most certainly will never be forgotten.
Thank you so much for showing me how not to play shuffleboard lol, the proper way to cut a brisket, and for making my mom so very happy the last several years. It's an honor to have known you. Rest in Peace.
