Obituary of Stanley Joseph Saccary, Glace Bay
With broken hearts, we, the family of Stanley Joseph Saccary, age 71, regret to announce his passing on Friday, October 18, 2019 surrounded by his loving family at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.

Dad was quite the handyman as he was a jack of all trades. Always offering a helping hand to anyone in need no matter what the task even at the most inconvenient times. Before his illness, dad worked as a private security guard. He always knew how to make people smile or laugh at his jokes and firecracker personality. He was best known for his whisker kisses and hugs. Dad could always be found either playing radio bingo or at a local bingo hall. His greatest pride was his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Dad is now reunited with his wife of 44 years, Marion Thompson (Stubbard) Saccary.
Left behind to cherish his memories are his children, Stanley Jr. (Lorraine), GB; Lillian (Raymond) Timmons, Lawrencetown, Dartmouth; Joey (Cheri), GB; Nicole Burton, (Lorne Carabin) ,GB; Brian (Melissa), Guelph, ON; stepdaughter; Rita, Texas, grandchildren; Amy (Alfred), Ashley, Kyle, Noel (Mark), Brittany (Morgan), Seleina (Josh), Samantha, William, Kayla (Cory), Jordan (Crystal), Nolan and Connor, great grandchildren; Grant, Dawson, Owen, Claire, Asher, Ryder, Levi, Kevin and Baby Bray.
He is also survived by his companion Jackie Waters, GB, siblings, brothers; Kevin (Lorraine); Cecil (Rita) and Michael; sisters; Mary Catherine; Dolena (Kevin) and Annette.
Dad will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, whom he adored and in turn they adored him.
