My deepest condolences to Laura,s family on the loss of their mother,Ifirst met Laura when I was in training in 1973. I knew right away that she was very dedicated to her profession and I admired her for it.If you were working the same shift as her you knew you were in great hands and it seemed that she could handle any situation that might arise. She was very smart lady and it was a pleasure for me to have known her .My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time.-----Linda Gazzola

So many memories. As the second oldest Watts niece, I’ve known Aunt Laura for all of my 68 years. I always admired how smart looking she was in her white uniform, cap, nylons and shoes. I never saw her looking disheveled , always everything in order. I remember her taking me shopping one day in New Waterford. I was a little girl, who loved to play with dolls. We had a Thompson and Sutherlands store in town and they had the neatest doll in the window. I was admiring the doll, we went in and she bought it for me. I was in seventh heaven! I still have the doll in my cedar chest.
Being a woman of faith, I know she has found her resting place in her eternal home. Rest In Peace Aunt Kaura. Your light will live on through your boys and their families.
