I’m very sorry for the loss of ChaCha Hilda. She was a great part of forming some of my childhood memories when we had family vacations to Glace Bay. She wanted to make sure my brother, Joey, and I saw all the best parts of Nova Scotia; the beach, the chip wagons, Cabot Trail, Fortress of Louisbourg and of course, the blueberry fields out back. She would bake pies with the buckets of blueberries that we brought back. We had fun times with The Nalepka Olympics and tailgating from her garage. I’ll remember her humour and the motherly ways about her and I especially thank her for some great memories that will last my lifetime. RIP. Nancy Watson Zenone

Please accept my deepest sympathy at the loss of my dear Chacha (aunt) Hilda. I have many happy memories of visiting her and family in Glace Bay, picking blueberries in the fields behind the house. She always made the best blueberry pies and perogies. She will be missed by all who knew this great lady. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rest in Peace. God Bless.

To Everyone, Just wanted to wish you my condolences on the loss of Chacha Hilda. I am sure she will be sorely missed by everyone. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys at this time.
