Guido, Bernie, Linda & Kathy & Extended Family,
We were so saddened to receive the news of Sheila’s passing but comforted to know that she is no longer suffering in pain. Sheila lived life, never complaining of the illnesses she endured throughout her life, but instead embraced them and carried on to overcome them.
Sheila truly was a kind and loving wife, mother and grandmother who put her family and friends ahead of herself and we feel blessed to have known her. We shall miss our telephone chats, along with the many laughs, but most of all a beautiful person who was a true friend to everyone she met. We shall be forever grateful to her & Guido for their kindness and graciousness shown toward us when visiting you in Florida as well as the wonderful anniversary in Cape Breton. We always enjoyed your company and your delicious lemon pies Sheila were “beyond awesome”.
Rest In Peace dear Sheila . We pray, Guido and family, that you will be comforted by the wonderful love and memories of Sheila and that those memories will stay in your heart forever and help carry you through the days and months ahead. God Bless You All.

I go to Holy Family church in the Parkdale (southwest) area of Toronto and they have a bank of blue & white candles off on the right side of the altar in front of a tribute to the Holy Family.
I have been lighting a blue one each week for my own family which does not always run smoothly and will add Sheila to my intentions in the weeks to come. :)
