My condolences are extended to the family of Chrissie together with my memories from "long ago" when as a teenager in Glace Bay I attended dances at St. Anne's Gym. There, Chrissie and Jigger, then in their early twenties, were the centre of attention on the dance floor. They were a beautiful couple, devoted to one another and an example to all. The lives they have lived verified this and can be appreciated forever by those who knew them but, most importantly, by their children, grandchildren and extended family members. Shelly, of course, doesn't need any reminder as he was there! Please receive my sincere sympathy along with these pleasant memories. May Chrissie rest in eternal peace.
