My deepest condolences Ken received his wings. My path crossed often with Ken Knox Day Camp, he was an amazing man with a huge heart.
Ken was a friend of my parents. I was very active with PC party, I was on the youth executive for John Buchanan riding, the provincial youth ex, PC ladies executive. My father was Johns campaign manager. May camp is one of my favourite memories going year after year, the girls and guys would pull pranks on each other and I never ever saw Ken get mad.
Ken always had time to talk and resolve issues and/or give advice, I have the up most respect for Ken a mentor, leader and a Christian.
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Psalm 34:18
Sincerely
Monique May(Clarke)

Ken and I go back to when we were 4 years of age and in "Baby Band" at Newsom Hall. In later years we were in Sunday School, Messengers, Tyros, and Hi-C at Newsom. I spent countless hours at his house, both on Lake Road and n Round island. We started Caledonia School on the same day and graduated from Morrison High the same day. We attended Mt A together and somehow survived. Sometimes we were on the same path, sometimes on parallel paths, sometimes on totally different paths; but those paths soon merged again and we shared many experiences - some joyful and others challenging. I will miss wondering when he might show up again to share our journey for another while. Deepest sympathy to Bill and Daria, Read and Linda, the extended family and Ken's many close friends.

Our sincere condolences on your loss. Ken was the epitome of a wonderful neighbour. Whenever help was needed he just showed up,, with him you didn’t have to ask. He just showed up and worked side by side with you until the job was done. He gave freely of himself and his talents to so many. He will be sorely missed. God rest his soul.

Kenny and I were at Caledonia School and many events at Newsom United Church in together with our group of friends in our younger years having lots of fun. In the last few years, Kenny and I spoke many days at his front steps while our fur baby puppies got to play and know each other. Kenny often spoke of his adventures with his side kick and best friend and niece Brianna and Round Island.. Picking up, taking home and enjoying Big Boy Dog ,Regan, was just one of the many caring things Kenny has done throughout his life .Rest in Peace, Kenny.

My sincere condolences to Ken's family on the passing of Kenny. I met Kenny through Scouting many years ago. He was a great Scouter and always had the best interests of the youth in mind. We attended many camps and training courses together. He was a true Scouter. He has " Gone Home"
" And when our span of life runs out,
We'll make this gentle plea-----
May we sit around His Campfire
At the Final Jamboree. "
