To all of you we are sending our condolences on this huge loss for your family and the community. I grew up in Low Point, one of the White’s, and have fond memories of the evenings where ‘club’ was hosted at our place. There would be laughter coming from the kitchen as the ladies played cards. Mimi, Jeannette, Jenny, Peggy, Theresa and Mum.
In later years when I was living and working in Ontario, I had many calls with Mimi as we coordinated flights for lobsters to arrive at the airport in Toronto. Again, so much laughter. She had the gift of natural humour.
Take care of each other through the difficult days to come.
