I am saddened to hear of Gerard 's passing. My memories go back 53 years ago when Gerard would scoop up as many hockey players along Commercial St as he could and deliver them to the Glace Bay Miners Forum at 5:30 A.M. on a Saturday for practice or throughout the week to attend a game. His kindness will always be remembered. Sincere condolences go out to all of Gerard's Family. RIP sir.
