Spent a lot of time with Frankie and Phyllis at Kinsmen functions. I’m so very sorry to hear of his passing. I had a nice conversation with him not that long ago, and was shocked to hear of his passing. Sincere condolences to all who loved him. He’s together with Phyllis now for all eternity.

Uncle Frankie was such a kind and good-humored man. I will never forget the times I was lucky enough to be swung around the dance floor by him! He made me everyone else look like a great dancer, including me, and I loved his passion and energy.
