I had Christene as my grade 4 teacher and probably my favorite. She was always positive and treated everyone the same.Always pleasant as well as a neighbor..I delivered the CB post to her house.I shared a Halloween story with her from that grade 4 year during one of my visits at Seaview. She laughed and appreciated it.She was a consistent and fair teacher. My condolences! Allan Nicholson
Sad to lose such a beautiful lady. Christine was a great neighbor, patient teacher and a dear friend. Remember many times going down the road and visiting with Christine and her parents, remember going to school and having Christine for a teacher and then in later years stopping to chat with Christine when on my walks around the neighborhood. Knew her Mom, Dad and brothers who along with Christine are gone but will not be forgotten. Sincerely, Louise and Wayne Barkhouse
Christene taught me at Caledonia School in both grades three and four. She was a wonderful teacher who cared about her students. Christine had a very calm demeanor, and I don't remember her ever raising her voice in class.
My sincere condolences to her family.

So sorry to hear about the loss of Christine. She was so friendly and intelligent. I've a lot of her perennial plants she passed on to me. Sending condolences to thr family..RIP Christine.
Our hearts are saddened to hear the loss of Christine. We grew to love Christine after meeting her at “The Breakfast Club “, at Whitney Pier Legion on Sundays. Christine was smart, witty and just a pleasure to be around. Always having cat or garden stories to share. Christine loved gardening and could be seen by the lovely place she had out the Mira.
RIP Christine. You will be deeply missed.
I'm sorry to read about Christene. She was a nice lady who I knew since I was in high school. I enjoyed bumping into her through the years, usually in a grocery store, and catch-up on family and friends, and her latest projects at her cottage. It was always a most pleasant conversation. Rest in Peace Miss MacDonald.
