Wendell, Debbie, Jerry, Kenny, and Eileen; I was so sorry to learn of Anne’s passing. She and Dave were such a large part of my life that I find it hard to believe they are gone now. From my childhood playing on their baseball field, to my teenage years selling them hockey pools, and onward into adulthood where I visited them during Christmas and summer vacations, they were always so welcoming.In those later year visits, Anne would always greet me in the sun porch with a sweet ( usually fudge) and a can of beer and I couldn’t have felt more at home. She was a wonderful friend and neighbor who will be remembered fondly by all those who were lucky enough to have met her! God Bless, until we meet again. Ryan

To The MacGibbon,
My deepest sympathy to Anne’s family as they grieve her lass. It has been a long time since I have seen Anne and even longer since I worked at New Waterford Consolidated Hospital. Anne provided good solid leadership in her role as head nurse on medical floor. I do remember her kindness and respect, and I feel privileged that I had a chance to work with such a good woman.

Eileen, Wendell, Debbie and families; please accept my sincerest condolences at this most difficult time. Anne and Dave were a big part of the memories we have of our grandparents on Acadia Street. Of course, Anne and Dave were great friends to Bernard and Pauline Mcleod throughout their lives. Anne was always so pleasant and quick to share a laugh, I remember both mom and Brenda (Mcleod) Durdle speaking so highly of Anne and her contributions to "Aging Gracefully". They had great fun. She will be missed and remembered fondly.

Anne was someone who everybody liked and who was an exceptional nurse.She was so kind to her staff, and i remember how kind she was to all the nursing students.I enjoyed knowing her when i worked at the hospital and remember how she was so soft spoken.My condolences to all her family at this time.
