Sheldon Roy Campbell, age 75 of Glace Bay, passed away on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 in Waterford Heights, New Waterford.

Born in Glace Bay, Sheldon was the son of the late David “Turk” & Clara (MacIntyre) Campbell.

Sheldon attended St. F.X. University for 2 years. He was employed at a grocery store in Glace Bay owned by his uncle, Peter MacIntyre. He was very faithful to his catholic religion and attended St. Anne’s Church, Glace Bay. Sheldon will be remembered as a very kind, happy person who lived at home with his parents and enjoyed the simple things in life.

He is survived by his brother, Michael, Glace Bay, David, Vancouver and his sister, Gloria (Reg) Pembleton, Markham, ON.

Cremation as taken place under the direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, Glace Bay. A private burial will be held in St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Glace Bay.
