Shauna, Jerome, and family,
Harris and I are so very sorry for the loss of Shauna’s dad. It is, we think, especially difficult at Christmas time. Although we didn’t know Eddie, we felt as though we did, through Jerome and through Rhonelda, both of whom were so fond of Eddie and Blanche.

So sorry to hear of Eddie's passing. I was hired in 1973 at the Dominion Store in Sydney and assigned to the meat dept. I worked the full week following the schedule and and showed up Moday for work thinking the schedule was the same as the week before. Eddie asked what I was doing because I was not on the schedule. Me being naive told I thought the schedule was the same but Eddie in a calm voice told that the schedule changes every week. We'll I did feel stupid but Eddie said since you're here I can use me. It was the start of a memorable 2 years working 40 hrs a week while going to college.
